Return Policy
Please review the eligibility requirements below and contact us first to request return approval before sending any item back.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned: products that have been opened and used, items with broken seals (unless defective on arrival), custom or special orders, and software licences or digital products. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us on WhatsApp 0502300319. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Items that have been opened, powered on, or used cannot be returned unless they are defective on arrival. Custom or special orders are non-returnable. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If your device arrived damaged or is not functioning, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, the exchange for the new item will be done.
Note: You cannot request a different item other than the one you purchased initially.
Refunds
If we don't have the same item you purchased, then a full refund will be made. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
